Our case was a 38 year old man with a pink to yellow small lump of 5mm in right buccal mucosa without any complaint of pain or hemorrhage. Microscopic evaluations showed malpighian epithelium with intense hyperplasia in some parts. In underlying connective tissue a new formed tissue is seen with cytoplasmic giant cells. Any malignancy was reported.
